Our policy at The Poop Guy concerning snow precipitation is that if a significant snowfall accumulates on, or 1-2 days before your regularly scheduled service day, we will pause service since most of the waste will be covered at that time.
For our weekly and bi-weekly clients, we will be back for double duty at your next regularly scheduled service day.
For our monthly clients, we don't want you to have to wait a full month for your next service. We will schedule a cleaning the following 1-2 weeks after, and resume regular service on your normal service day.
You will still be charged the full price for the month as we are ultimately scooping the same amount of waste. Keep in mind, there are factors that are out of our control, such as waste bonding to the ground from a freeze, and hiding under the snow. We will scoop what we can see until there is a thaw allowing a thorough clean.
Concerning weather where the roads are unsafe due to freezing rain, or there are serious frostbite warnings in effect, we may temporarily pause service, as keeping our team safe is a top priority.
